Role Overview
- Execute & Optimize SEO Performance
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
- Optimize site structure, metadata, and content for search visibility
- Support link-building and authority development efforts
- Leverage Data & Insights
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Analyze rankings, traffic, and engagement to identify opportunities
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Drive Technical & Content Improvements
- Conduct site audits and troubleshoot technical SEO issues
- Support keyword research and content optimization strategies
- Partner with content and dev teams to implement improvements
- Continuously Improve Performance
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and SEO trends
- Identify new opportunities to improve efficiency and results
- Test, iterate, and refine strategies based on performance
- Collaborate & Communicate
- Contribute to client reporting and performance storytelling
- Work cross-functionally to ensure SEO is integrated across channels
- Help translate insights into clear, actionable next steps
Requirements
- 2+ years of SEO and/or digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A mindset focused on execution, iteration, and improvement
- Experience in a digital marketing agency (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and workflows (preferred)
- SEO or digital marketing certifications (preferred)
