Role Overview
Execute & Optimize SEO Performance
Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
Optimize site structure, metadata, and content for search visibility
Support link-building and authority development efforts
Leverage Data & Insights
Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms
Analyze rankings, traffic, and engagement to identify opportunities
Translate data into actionable recommendations
Drive Technical & Content Improvements
Conduct site audits and troubleshoot technical SEO issues
Support keyword research and content optimization strategies
Partner with content and dev teams to implement improvements
Continuously Improve Performance
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and SEO trends
Identify new opportunities to improve efficiency and results
Test, iterate, and refine strategies based on performance
Collaborate & Communicate
Contribute to client reporting and performance storytelling
Work cross-functionally to ensure SEO is integrated across channels
Help translate insights into clear, actionable next steps
Requirements
2+ years of SEO and/or digital marketing experience
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A mindset focused on execution, iteration, and improvement
Experience in a digital marketing agency (preferred)
Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and workflows (preferred)
SEO or digital marketing certifications (preferred)
