Contribute to and lead the development, planning and ongoing review of the trade marketing plan based on results, benchmarks and company guidelines;
Direct and influence trade channel, operations and commercial teams to execute plans and tactical actions aimed at achieving sell-out targets;
Manage the budget, and perform regular monitoring and reporting;
Analyze the performance of initiatives and propose corrective action plans when necessary;
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Market Intelligence and CRM teams, sharing and capturing information to build more effective plans;
Serve as the focal point for communication with trade channel, operations and sales teams, clarifying questions about plan implementation at the point of sale (POS);
Monitor KPIs, propose improvements and update information based on audit data and requests from commercial teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Management or Commercial areas, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sectors;
Analytical skills and logical reasoning to work with data and develop strategic business analyses;
Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration;
Knowledge and practical experience with pharmaceutical market audits (e.g., Close-Up, IQVIA);
Familiarity with market data from Dunnhumby and Symphony;
