Identify, recruit, and manage senior manufacturing executives who will attend and/or speak at events
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential executive speakers and attendees from large manufacturing companies
Evaluate potential speakers based on seniority, credibility, relevance to LNS Research themes, and value to the audience
Ensure speakers are prepared and have a positive experience before and after the event
Stay engaged with LNS Research partner communities and industry networks
Create outreach content, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging to recruit speakers and attendees
Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence
Develop and engage the LNS industrial community through consistent networking and relationship development
Convert speaker and attendee relationships into COO Council memberships over time
Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline speaker and attendee sourcing
Meet quarterly speaker recruitment targets and drive attendee registration targets for each event
Track and report on outreach activity metrics including response rates, conversion rates, and time-to-confirm

4-6 + years of executive recruiting, conference/event speaker recruitment, or headhunting
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
Experience in enterprise business development or advisory services
Demonstrated ability to hold credible conversations with senior operations and supply chain leaders
Experience in manufacturing or industrial technology sector required
Existing relationships in manufacturing leadership networks preferred
