Providing hands-on line management, including regular 1:1’s as well as providing mentoring, coaching and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment
Supporting acquisition integrations, by onboarding team members, aligning processes, and ensuring a smooth transition
Supporting initiatives that simplify operations, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across all locations

Requirements
Proven experience in training delivery, coaching, or mentoring, ideally within a Wealth Client Services or Financial Planning environment
Strong understanding of Client Services processes, systems, and regulatory requirements
Ability to simplify complex processes for junior team members
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
Ability to design scalable, repeatable training content using technology-based solutions
Proactive, organised, and passionate about developing talent
