Work alongside Accounting and business areas during month-end close, ensuring correct recording of provisions, reclassifications and allocation of expenses.
Analyze and monitor actual vs. budget for the full income statement (P&L — revenues and operating and financial expenses), preparing executive reports with explanations and proposed actions.
Plan monthly forecasts and the annual budget, mapping risks and opportunities.
Model the viability of ad hoc projects, building income statements (P&L), cash flow statements and balance sheets.
Financial Results Governance: Establish and maintain governance for monitoring financial results, in collaboration with cost center owners and expense-package managers, ensuring adherence to established processes.
Systems Integration and Compliance: Ensure integration and compliance of financial systems, facilitating correct resource allocation and efficient investment control.
Cross-functional Interface: Act as a strategic point of contact across business areas, promoting effective communication and ensuring coordinated execution of financial projects.
Continuous Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, propose optimizations for project financial management and enhance operational efficiency.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
Solid experience in FP&A and controllership, with advanced knowledge of accounting.
Familiarity with financial planning systems and advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP (HANA and Ariba).
Expertise in budget control, financial feasibility analysis and income statement (P&L) monitoring.
Experience with OBZ and expense-package management is a plus.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in financial processes.
