Drive strategy for finance and budgeting domain while collaborating with Product Managers.
Work directly with engineering and design from problem definition through feature completion.
Define how Loop helps organizations set investment thresholds and align budget with actuals.
Partner closely with Tempo’s integrations team to connect Loop to ERP and financial systems.

4–8 years in enterprise finance, FP&A, ERP implementation, or financial systems consulting.
Hands-on experience with how organizations actually budget large programs, including the tradeoffs between cost centers, headcount planning, and CapEx vs. OpEx treatment
Familiarity with enterprise finance or planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, or similar) and where they fall short
Using AI in your work related to enterprise planning, financial forecasts and budgets.
Ability to sift through complex workflows and produce clear output.
Ability to write a crisp one-pager that earns alignment without calling a meeting.
Willingness to collaborate and share plans early with others.
