Manage a portfolio of medium-complexity B2B clients, maintaining continuous and consultative relationships.
Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions from the company's portfolio of products and services.
Conduct commercial negotiations, follow up on proposals and support the closing of opportunities.
Act as the focal point between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment, agility and quality in deliveries.
Use commercial systems and tools (CRM/RM and internal systems) to manage the pipeline, record interactions and monitor results.
Contribute to achieving commercial targets and area KPIs.
Ensure clear, fluid and assertive communication with different client profiles and internal stakeholders.
Comply with and uphold the requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, actively participating in company programs.
Know and apply Telefônica's Environmental Policy, ensuring good environmental management practices in daily activities.
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial roles, preferably in the B2B segment.
Experience in partner companies or within the telecommunications ecosystem will be considered a relevant differential, as it enables faster ramp-up on portfolio, processes and systems.
Alternatively, B2B commercial experience in large companies or related sectors (e.g., telecom, technology, services).
Strong communication skills, with a commercial profile, energy, proactivity and ease in building relationships.
Ability to quickly understand products, services, processes and tools.
Resilient and adaptable profile with good situational awareness for prioritization and decision-making.
