Bachelor's Degree
Workday certification in HCM or Financials (FIN)
12 to 15 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Demonstrated hands‑on experience with Workday implementations and support
Experience managing large teams on complex, global projects
Ability to provide cross‑functional Workday advice
Experience guiding clients on Workday’s transformative HCM features
Proven contribution to business development and sales initiatives
Track record of leading Workday practice growth
Experience advising on technical integration of Workday applications
Perspective on data migration strategies and ensuring data integrity
Active Workday HCM certification and substantial functional knowledge across relevant modules
Experience leading automation and innovation initiatives to improve solution design and delivery, including process automation, reusable accelerators, and AI/analytics
