Define and maintain data quality standards, control checks, and validation requirements for compliance reporting.
Lead routine audits, reconciliations, and quality reviews across reporting outputs.
Investigate complex discrepancies, interpret source data issues, and drive root-cause resolution.
Review reporting packages prepared by the reporting-focused Sr. Associate and determine readiness for escalation.
Maintain issue logs, control inventories, recurring defect summaries, and remediation actions.
Partner with upstream reporting, LMS, technology, or data teams to resolve structural data issues.
Identify failure patterns and recommend improvements to templates, validation logic, and control points.
Coach the reporting-focused Sr. Associate on report accuracy, documentation discipline, and defect prevention.
Contribute to leadership discussions by highlighting data risks, recurring issues, and control improvement opportunities.
Support readiness for audit, review, or governance scrutiny related to compliance data.

Proven experience managing or supervising teams focused on compliance, reporting, or operational tracking functions.
Strong process and data analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Excellent collaboration skills, able to liaise effectively between local AC teams and central US L&D Tracking & Reporting.
Solid organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring consistent reporting cycles.
Comfortable working with data management tools, business intelligence platforms, or learning management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of coaching and influencing team members.
