Leading a team of five to nine sales professionals to bring in new large enterprise accounts
Crafting service solutions for clients including professional services, outsourcing, communications, mobility
Coaching and mentoring direct reports to target and acquire new large enterprise customers
Forecasting sales and developing quotas, monitoring progress against goals
Ensuring ongoing skill building through training and targeted assignments
Assisting in the consultative selling process and ensuring customer needs are understood
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Eight or more years of relevant experience required
Sold technical enterprise solutions
A degree (even better)
Sold to c-suite (even better)
Met or exceeded meaningful sales targets (even better)
Led and encouraged a team to high performance (even better)
Familiarity with enterprise-wide solutions such as IP-networking, Cloud, security, mobility, professional or outsourced services, or advanced communications solutions
Established compelling business cases, value propositions, and proposals
Forecasted sales and managed pipelines (ideally with Salesforce.com)
