Responsible for selling Nutrabolt products into National Account Chains primarily in Grocery, Convenience & Drug Channels across North America
Work closely with Divisional Vice Presidents to manage current accounts in addition to new business development
Cultivate & manage buyer relationships
Manage financial budget for promotional schedules across all pertinent channels of business
Evaluate spend at each account prior to bringing on business to ensure ROI
Build custom sales pitch decks for channel & customer-relevant Nutrabolt products and present on chain calls at customer HQs all over the US to gain new business
Set and attend meetings as new business opportunities present themselves
Organize to send samples & emailed information as needed to relevant chains you are pursuing
Manage & report monthly promotional schedules for each customer
Manage P&L for slotting & other business-related fees
Responsible for M&E of individual customer business through Spins, IRI and internal sales data
Manage onboarding process per customer to include new item paperwork, contracts, portal management and any other relevant admin
Requirements
Has a Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with NA chains
Strong interpersonal and buyer relationship building skills
Strong knowledge of NA chain contacts and, ideally, will have Distributor Management knowledge, experience and contacts
Great presentation skills
Ability to move fast and drive results
Knowledge within the beverage industry is preferred
