About this role

Provide expert consulting services across all aspects of pharmacy benefits for our National Pharmacy Team, supporting health plan clients.
Deliver client presentations in collaboration with the pharmacy team and analytic teams.
Analyze pharmacy benefit utilization and trends using reporting developed by analytic team.
Respond to ongoing client issues and other client/partner requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of pharmacy utilization and financial performance to provide key insights to clients.
Support PBM implementations and benefit changes.
Participate in RFP, procurement, and renewal processes.
Collaborate with clinicians, analysts, actuaries, and other specialists within the National Pharmacy Team.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
3-5+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefit/healthcare consulting or pharmacy benefit management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
