About this role

Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs
Implement the sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
Manage customer relationships with architects, designers, and engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and customer support
Use pipeline management and CRM tools for forecasting and reporting
Specify technical product requirements for tender submissions
Monitor industry trends and deepen product knowledge
Lead negotiations and close contracts
Prepare regular reports on activities and sales volumes

Technical vocational training, Abitur (German university entrance qualification), or Bachelor's degree
Experience in the construction industry
Experience with tendering/bid processes
Technical understanding and interest
Strong communication skills and presentation experience
Initial experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
PC skills: Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint
