The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the Group Technology & Transformation Talent Acquisition team by delivering holistic tasks around coordination, operational and analytical duties across the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle.
Under close supervision, the intern develops core recruitment, customer service, and data management capabilities.
End-to-end recruitment coordination including interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding readiness.
Candidate engagement and communication management.
Recruitment data tracking, reporting, and operational governance.
Requirements
Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
Exposure to recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems and reporting tools
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professional written and verbal communication
Customer and service orientation
Ability to follow processes and policies
Willingness to learn and develop professional capability
