Own and manage the content calendar across digital channels including web, social media, email, and campaigns
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with NatureServe's strategic priorities and program goals
Translate complex scientific content into accessible, compelling narratives, including impact stories drawn from program teams, Network Partners, and conservation outcomes, for general and professional audiences
Lead social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and Facebook
Manage NatureServe's website, including ongoing content updates, SEO strategy, and user experience improvements
Develop marketing collateral, one-pagers, pitch materials, and campaign assets to support audience-specific outreach, product sales and donor engagement
Track and report on digital marketing KPIs; provide regular performance updates to the VP
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or marketing communications
Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to translate technical or scientific content for diverse audiences
Experience supporting sales or business development through marketing including campaign management, CRM administration, and email marketing
Proficiency with CMS platforms (Drupal preferred), Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp (preferred) or similar and CRM systems such as Salesforce and Civi (preferred) or HubSpot
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
Genuine interest in biodiversity, conservation, or science communication
