Role Overview

• leads a team of Senior Relationship Managers within the Southeast Corporate and Regional Commercial Banking group
• accountable for driving new business development, portfolio growth, revenue generation, and strong credit discipline
• resolves issues and removes obstacles to ensure successful outcomes
• develops and maintains a strong network of centers of influence to generate high‑quality referral opportunities
• sets clear expectations and takes appropriate actions to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

• 15+ Years in commercial banking
• strong relationship management and business development/sales skills
• knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
• knowledge of financial analysis; credit analysis skills
• strong negotiation skills
• excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• excellent customer service and community relations skills
• travel up to 50% of the time
