Build and maintain a strong understanding, working and trust-based relationship with distribution partners.
Regular meeting with distribution partners to discuss the solutions in place and evaluate improvement potential.
Meet the annual financial and operational targets set for their portfolios (e.g. retention, new business objectives etc.).
Identify, analyse, and secure business development opportunities for Zurich businesses and promote organizational propositions.
Fully adhere to the standard sales approaches and tools and adopt an agreed format for pipeline management.
Act as the distribution partners' single point of entry into the Zurich organization; take the overall responsibility for the distribution partner within Zurich, escalating their issues as required; and facilitating relationships with other Zurich subject matter experts.
Establish a consistent view of the customer across all Zurich businesses and institutionalize customer relationships at all appropriate functions, levels.
Maintain oversight of service delivery to ensure service expectations are fulfilled; take actions to enforce/reinforce partners' focus across teams.
Maintain data integrity within relevant systems.
Maintain product and market knowledge.
Provide input and contribute to the enhancement of Zurich products and services when required.
Implement distributors’ terms of business with the organization including negotiation, new offers and closures, and terminations.
Requirements
At least one year of experience in relationship/account management in Financial Services industry
Strong knowledge of life insurance products
Professional qualifications, such as CII or LOMA, would be an added advantage
Customer centric
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Good problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
