Management of digital certificates (issuance, renewal, and client support)
Corporate regularization and registrations (Commercial Registry/Junta Comercial, Federal Revenue/Receita, City Hall/Prefeitura, etc.)
Licenses and permits (Health Surveillance, Fire Department, among others)
Identification of outstanding tax issues and support with installment agreements
Liaison between clients and public agencies
Requirements
Experience with: articles of association/contract of incorporation, certificates, outstanding debts, permits/operating licenses, regional professional councils, and digital certificates
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Gestta, Onvio, and Domínio
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (in progress or completed)
