Role Overview

• Ensures proper completion of subscription forms
• Reports capital activity to the fund manager
• Issues trade confirmation, statements and reports to investors
• Completes AML, KYC and client verification checks
• Issues and maintains a record of share registers
• Instructs redemption payments and manages client subscription bank accounts
• Identifies and manages investor issues and participates in their resolution
• Assists in underlying investor audits
• Carries out complex activities with financial, client, and/or business impact
• Serves as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees

Requirements

• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred
• Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) is preferred
