Role Overview
Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives executing RFQ-to-Invoice activities for B2B energy solutions
Directly manage, coach, and develop a team, setting expectations for customer support and order management
Oversee day-to-day Inside Sales activities, including quotation support and order tracking
Ensure disciplined execution of standardized Quote-to-Order-to-Invoice processes using Salesforce (SFDC), SAP
Monitor workload and prioritize activities to meet commitments
Serve as escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
Collaborate with various teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management, or customer support in a complex B2B environment
2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Order-to-Invoice processes
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
