Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend architectures
Evaluate and recommend the most suitable backend technologies, frameworks, and tools
Analyze, refine, and approve specifications and technical requirements for service development across teams
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration between backend systems, frontend components, and APIs
Design systems that can handle high traffic loads while ensuring optimal performance and scalability
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to maintain high code quality
Ensure comprehensive technical documentation of internal systems
Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions

10+ years of experience in backend development (our stack includes Go, Java, and Python)
Strong background in object-oriented design, multithreading, SQL/NoSQL databases, and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or similar platforms
Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker
Strong engineering mindset
Proficiency in writing clear and structured technical documentation
Experience in finance or trading domain is a plus
Familiarity with TradingView as a product is a plus
