Requirements
Ability to travel globally 4-6 times a year, with flexibility to travel more frequently if required.
3–4 years of experience in event organization or relevant project management.
Strong knowledge of event technology and logistics, including proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Sites, and a desire to utilize Gemini AI for workflow efficiency.
Proven ability in multitasking and stakeholder management, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure and effectively engage with diverse audiences from executives to vendors.
A good general level of education; while a degree is not required, fluency in English is essential for global coordination.
