Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding support
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide consultative recruitment support
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
Coordinate interview schedules and deliver a positive candidate experience
Prepare and extend offers in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within the applicant tracking system
Ensure hiring practices comply with employment legislation and company policies
Support employer branding initiatives and other recruitment-related projects as required
Requirements
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in-house or agency
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
Strong stakeholder partnering and communication skills
Experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Proficiency sourcing candidates through ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting in industrial, technical, or heavy equipment environments is an asset
