Collaborate with hiring managers and People Operations to identify, attract, and develop a diverse talent pipeline.
Responsible for the full cycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Develop and execute a sourcing strategy using various methods including social media and internal talent mining.
Understand organizational plans and objectives; partner with hiring managers to discuss recruiting needs.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates.
Facilitate and execute full cycle recruitment and onboarding process up to HR clearance.
Stay in touch with candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to achieve staffing goals.
Participate in weekly recruiting meetings and provide updates on recruitment activity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field preferred.
Prior sourcing/hunting and full cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (required).
Experience with full life cycle recruiting within a behavioral healthcare environment (preferred).
ABA Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates with ABA Recruiting experience and/or 1-2 years high volume recruiting experience.
Demonstrated success in a competitive talent market with a strong focus on diversity and expertise in sourcing techniques in social media, direct recruiting, and other recruiting strategies.
