Drive the strategy and roadmap for global data management capabilities
Act as a strategic partner aligning different business units, IT, and functions with a shared vision for scale, innovation, and efficiency for AI Ready Data and AI-driven data management products
Utilize design thinking, value stream mapping, and other techniques to identify and measure friction in BU data management operations & analytics processes
Drive collaboration on required capabilities, providing expertise and “systems thinking” in the design of a global “AI-first” architecture for data
Manage the roadmap for AI Ready Data and AI-driven data management products, forecast and plan resource requirements for initiatives
Partner with data scientists, IT, and others to evolve prototypes into deployed and adopted internal services
Orchestrate the launch and adoption of internal data management-tasked AI solutions by defining product positioning, identifying high-impact use cases, and establishing feedback loops

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM major or related field required
Master’s Degree in technical or business discipline preferred
10+ years of experience in product management, particularly in financial services or high-scale data / digital business models
Proven experience with cloud-based products (GCP preferred) and a deep understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models
Hands on experience working with large datasets using foundational (SQL, Python, etc.) and big data data technologies
Experience working with sensitive data (PII, PCI, etc.)
Experience bringing AI solutions (esp. Agentic AI) from prototype to production
Demonstrated success applying Agile, Lean Thinking, and Design Thinking to drive collaborative execution and innovation
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed, federated environment, coordinating across independent global business units
