Requirements
1-2 years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing.
Practical experience with at least one leading automation platform (Zapier, n8n, make.com).
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar, along with a solid understanding of basic data hygiene principles.
Basic coding skills for implementing Google Tag Manager and using Mixpanel for event tracking.
Strong comprehension of user journeys, funnels, and lifecycle stages.
Experience designing automated email and in-app campaigns.
An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance effectively.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
Basic knowledge of APIs or webhooks and their implementation across platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Framer, etc., to connect forms and trigger automations.
