Conduct transaction and compliance valuations for businesses, shares and financial instruments
Prepare independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders on transaction terms
Perform financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for Infrastructure and PE funds, impairment testing and share option valuations
Provide corporate finance and M&A advice, covering cost of capital, capital management and deal value analysis
Review portfolio businesses to identify performance improvements and support investment decisions
Coach and develop junior team members to maintain high-quality service delivery
Requirements
Experience in core business valuations, managing and delivering client engagements across diverse industries
Ability to provide transaction-focused valuation advice, including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis and capital management
Skilled in market research, data analysis, financial modelling, project management and preparing client deliverables
Excellent consulting capabilities and client relationship skills
Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar
