About this role
Role Overview
Lead the technical onboarding phase for sellers: planning, recommending among different technical models, and coordinating training and related materials.
Support sellers with the technical configuration of their storefronts.
Manage technical configurations and the tests associated with integrations.
Create and update internal documentation.
Act as the Level 2 technical contact, working directly with our business teams (primarily New Account and Key Account Managers) across various countries (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Poland).
Identify, escalate and resolve integration issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Marketplace model: propose and drive initiatives to optimize technical onboarding and the seller experience.
Requirements
More than 1 year of experience in e-commerce, IT consulting, integrations or software.
Fluent in French, English and Chinese (knowledge of other European languages is a plus).
Proficient with Google Workspace, XML, Excel/CSV and common office tools.
Knowledge of APIs is a plus.
Daily use of the following tools: Zendesk, Mirakl, Salesforce.
