Manage tender and quotation processes for reefer business, collecting and validating inputs, and preparing customer-ready offers
Coordinate internal approvals and maintain an audit trail for commercial agreements, ensuring adherence to processes
Liaise with Pricing/Trade Management to align on commercial conditions and feasibility for global reefer commitments
Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to confirm service setup and critical shipment handling requirements
Support customer onboarding for global reefer accounts, ensuring smooth activation of agreed conditions
Maintain high-quality data in sales tools, including customer profiles, contracts, and key terms
Manage the sold-to-served handover, communicating terms and instructions to execution teams to minimize issues
Prepare recurring account and performance reports, and support internal account reviews with action plans
Requirements
Completed studies in Economics, International Management, Maritime or Logistics
Dedicated to achieving results and maintaining a high work ethic
Fluency in English (oral and written)
Ability to take quick action and evaluate facts
Completes tasks within specified time frames, coping with strict deadlines
Excellent listening and speaking skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
Strong interpersonal skills to enhance work relationships
Open to new ideas and motivated for self-development
