Lead the JLR Partnership Development Programme across finance and leasing, working closely with Jaguar Land Rover and teams across Lloyds Banking Group.
Develop a deep understanding of customer, Retailer and colleague needs, mapping end‑to‑end journeys, identifying friction points and turning insight into meaningful, prioritised action.
Build and drive a clear, aligned delivery roadmap, balancing brand requirements, customer outcomes and regulatory considerations.
Champion customer‑centric thinking across digital and physical touchpoints, continuously improving the experience and helping the partnership stay at the forefront of innovation.
Monitor performance, track KPIs and report on progress, risks and benefits; confidently influencing senior stakeholders to deliver lasting change.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer experience, customer journey, proposition or partnership development role, working across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Proven experience leading end‑to‑end customer, Retailer and/or colleague journey design, including mapping journeys, identifying friction points and delivering measurable improvements.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, with experience working alongside senior partners and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and change.
Demonstrated ability to translate business, brand and customer requirements into clear, prioritised delivery roadmaps, balancing customer outcomes, commercial value and regulatory considerations.
Experience working within motor finance, automotive or financial services environments, with a solid understanding of finance and leasing customer journeys and supporting technologies (for example, customer portals, digital journeys or API‑enabled services).
