Analyzing customer traffic and implementing Akamai security/delivery/compute solutions to address customers' security/delivery/compute needs
Delivering coaching and training to customers to ensure the value and usability of our products.

Leveraging Akamai tooling for technical implementation, automation, and enabling the use of APIs

Have a Bachelor's degree, with 4+ years experience in web applications, internet fundamentals, DNS, routing, communication protocols.
Demonstrate knowledge of common OWASP top 10 and how they relate to internet service compromise or attacks.
Have experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Be familiar with scripting languages such as Python/PERL/JavaScript and the overall DevOps framework & web development languages.
Be proficient in one or more web development languages, methodologies, or architectures.
Demonstrate experience in a technical customer-facing role and a desire to deliver consulting services.
Have experience solving complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
Display communication and presentation skills that allow you to articulate highly technical information concisely.
