Requirements
Proven strategic sales & account executive with 3+ years in life sciences, ideally in patient recruitment.
Expert in selling into Clinical Operations or similar functions, with a network of senior-level contacts, ideally in patient recruitment.
Formally trained in a consultative sales methodology (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, Challenger).
Proactive, strategic, persistent, and love building something from the ground up.
Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by impact, autonomy, and innovation.
