Execute outbound outreach to identify, source, and cultivate relationships with key marketing partners across various channels, with a strong focus on affiliate partnerships;
Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies and business plans that align with our overall marketing objectives and focus on performance;
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear performance-based deliverables;
Collaborate closely with affiliates and other marketing partners to optimize campaign performance and drive conversions;
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Legal) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives;
Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, identifying key metrics and providing actionable insights for optimization and growth;
Stay informed about industry trends and identify new performance-driven partnership opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound outreach, business development, marketing partnership development, or affiliate partnership management;
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels;
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partnership strategies or close deals that drive measurable results;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
