Provide technical leadership for specialized support to cooperatives in the processes that make up the service area of responsibility, conducting technical analyses and providing guidance to cooperatives on each case.
Monitor and follow up on support operations, aiming to meet contracted service-level indicators.
Evaluate complex issues and propose solutions to meet users' needs.
Drive continuous improvement in processes by developing and managing action plans.
Serve as a point of reference for cooperatives and CAS companies when handling requests, addressing user needs, directing solutions and following incidents end-to-end.
Prioritize incidents and problems in coordination with business and systems teams.
Align processes, lead action plans and conduct operational training.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Postgraduate degree is a plus
