Manage the end-to-end billing and collections process, ensuring timely customer payments and accurate financial record-keeping
Generate and dispatch accurate, timely invoices and credit memos to customers
Work with sales and operations to create invoicing for multiple customer sites and locations
Process incoming payments, posting checks, ACH, and wire transfers to the correct customer accounts
Monitor aging reports to identify overdue accounts, initiating collection calls or correspondence to secure payment
Investigate and resolve customer queries, billing discrepancies, and payment disputes
Reconcile AR sub-ledgers with the general ledger and assist with month-end closing procedures
Bad debt provision
Assist with the processing of monthly tax filings
Review new customer credit applications and set credit limits to mitigate risk

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or other relevant field
At least one (1) years of experience in an accounting or customer service or detail-oriented role required
Ability to approach all work activities with a customer service focus
Computer and software systems skills as applicable to position including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Uncompromising dedication to quality
Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
Fluent English, other European languages are a plus
