Contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff.
Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct.
Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site.
Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)
