Requirements
- 3–5 years in a relationship-driven role
- real estate, insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or similar
- with a track record of personally driving outcomes, not just managing accounts.
- Based in Dallas or Houston.
- You've built without a brand doing the work for you.
- A networker by nature.
- A confident communicator.
- Operator-minded.
- Energized by ownership.
