Sales Manager – Field Sales

Role Overview

• You acquire customers in the field and convince them of our innovative payment solutions
• Attend and handle pre-qualified customer appointments scheduled by the internal sales team (50–60 bookings per month)
• You work independently and can plan your week yourself, ensuring you meet or exceed your targets
• Maintain and proactively grow your customer base
• Independently install terminals and POS systems for newly won customers

Requirements

• Sales experience from internships, part-time jobs or previous employment is an advantage, but career changers are welcome
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals
• Valid driver’s license (Class B) required
• No specific degree required
• Excellent written and verbal German skills
