Role Overview
- Develop sales in your territory
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with SME owners and decision-makers
- Sell Flatpay solutions leveraging provided qualified leads
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
- Generate your own sales opportunities
- Actively prospect in the field (door-to-door, cold visits)
- Build your local network and activate customer referrals
- Continuously identify new business opportunities
- Install and support clients
- Ensure delivery and installation of sold solutions
- Train clients on how to use our equipment
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from day one
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer relations is a plus (but not required)
- You hold a valid driver's license (required)
- Motivated by field sales, ideally with experience in a B2B or customer-facing environment
- Comfortable with numerical targets and sales tools (CRM, pipeline tracking)
- Self-motivated, persistent, resilient and results-oriented
- Strong, impactful communication skills
