Requirements
2 to 6 years of sales experience.
Background in a high-trust context: insurance, financial services, healthcare, real estate, or any field where the close requires earning confidence, not applying pressure.
Natural on the phone: Warm, unhurried, and emotionally intelligent.
Motivated by the work itself. You want to believe in what you’re selling. Here you will.
Self-directed and accountable: You manage your own pipeline and own your numbers.
