Ensure achievement of sales targets and other objectives set by the organization by motivating the team and raising awareness of company goals.
Train, monitor and supervise new employees, explaining product functionality and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Be responsible for people management, providing guidance on company procedures and processes.
Monitor each point of sale (POS), tracking sales and providing support for questions to ensure targets are met.
Compile monthly sales for commission payments by tracking sales and forwarding information to the coordinator.
Monitor daily individual results for strategic decisions and for defining sales team schedules, using the controls and reports established by the area.
Drive sales growth through action plans such as incentive campaigns, development of scripts and visual communication.
Control absenteeism through regular visits.
Ensure the team is properly uniformed by providing PPE (personal protective equipment).
Ensure timely hiring of a qualified sales team through selection and recruitment in partnership with third-party firms and coordination with the human resources area.
Distribute sales targets and tasks, establishing priorities.
Ensure satisfaction of internal employees and customers.
Maintain good relationships with partners such as dealerships, shopping centers and accredited partners.
Maintain the supply of identifiers and materials by monitoring stock daily and performing weekly replenishment of POS requests.
Take care of equipment under your responsibility, such as company car, mobile phone, laptop, and others.
Identify improvements in processes.
Requirements
Required qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
Experience in commercial/sales management;
Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills;
Availability to travel;
Valid driver’s license (Category B).
