Own and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and additional channels including Snapchat and YouTube
Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimisations including bid strategy adjustments, audience refinements, budget reallocations, and creative testing
Design and execute structured A/B testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve CAC and new customer ROAS
Analyse and reconcile in-platform data against back-end sales data to ensure attribution accuracy and reporting integrity
Collaborate with the creative team to brief, request, and evaluate ad creatives based on performance data
Rebuild and scale Google Ads Search campaigns and support Merchant Center approval for Shopping ads
Work closely with the data team to maintain and improve performance dashboards and reporting infrastructure
Navigate platform compliance requirements specific to the industry, ensuring all campaigns adhere to policy restrictions
Identify performance gaps and proactively recommend strategic adjustments to the Head of Paid Media
Requirements
Demonstrated hands-on paid media experience with proven ownership of Meta Ads campaigns
Proven track record of driving new customer acquisition with measurable improvements in CAC and ROAS
Strong experimental mindset with experience designing, running, and documenting structured ad tests
Proficiency in Google Ads including Search, Display, and Performance Max
Experience with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar platforms
Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting tools
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies between platform data and back-end sales data
Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a lean, remote team environment
Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional communication style
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
