Lead, develop and engage a team of 6 professionals, fostering high performance and alignment with the Company’s objectives.
Manage and oversee the activities of the Resource Management Unit (UGR), ensuring quality, agility and compliance in processes.
Serve as the focal point for strategic HR topics, including organizational structure, internal mobility, candidate sourcing campaigns and certifications.
Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of employee information, including relocations, internal movements, company transfers and Service Point.
Approve and monitor processes related to job openings, internal mobility and development programs, such as the Young Professional program.
Conduct structural analyses and management reports to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
Work in partnership with different areas of the Company, connecting Business, CDG and Commercial demands to people management strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA is desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI and related systems is essential, with direct responsibility for building, structuring and analyzing HR data and metrics to ensure a data-driven approach.
Proven experience managing HR teams, preferably in people planning, workforce planning or strategic talent management.
Strong systems thinking and analytical skills, with experience managing data and complex organizational structures.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience interacting with business areas and leadership.
Ability to make decisions, prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous demands.
