Lead a regional function that develops and delivers tailored marketing plans to drive brand engagement and commercial growth.
Implement a variety of multi-channel campaigns and tactical initiatives that achieve clear, measurable outcomes.
Balance strategic planning with executional excellence to ensure Xero’s go-to-market strategy is refined and delivered effectively.
Create a customer-first culture that relies on data-driven decisions to optimise every marketing touchpoint.
Oversee the multi-channel marketing budget to ensure effective operationalising and delivery against commercial targets.
Establish a smooth collaboration rhythm with global teams such as Product Marketing, Media Planning, and Customer Engagement.
Conduct strategic planning and delivery of cross-channel regional marketing plans, combining both Brand, SMB and Partner marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
Extensive experience in leading marketing functions within high-growth environments, ideally within the SaaS sector.
Proven track record of managing complex partnership and channel marketing strategies.
Natural leadership skills and an ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams through coaching and clear KPI setting.
Deep understanding of multi-channel campaign delivery and an urgency to deliver solutions that are highly measurable.
Clear, kind, and inclusive communication style, allowing you to build trust across diverse regional and global teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to prioritising tasks in a collaborative setting.
Ability to create a culture and process of customer-first thinking and data-driven decisioning, ensuring that all marketing activity is effectively benchmarked, measured and optimised
