About this role
Role Overview
Own sourcing strategy and execution for open RnD requisitions across engineering, hardware, and design, building robust pipelines that consistently exceed hiring targets
Leverage AI-powered sourcing platforms (Ashby, Juicebox.ai, LinkedIn Recruiter) to accelerate candidate identification, profile analysis, and outreach personalization, achieving 2-3x higher response rates than traditional sourcing methods
Build and deploy AI agents using Ashby's platform to automate repetitive sourcing tasks, create intelligent candidate matching workflows, and scale personalized outreach campaigns that would be impossible to execute manually
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions including senior engineers, staff engineers, engineering managers, hardware engineers, and technical product designers
Partner closely with RnD hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit criteria, translating these into effective sourcing strategies and candidate profiles
Drive innovative sourcing campaigns using AI-generated outreach sequences, Boolean search optimization, and data-driven market insights to engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets
Track and optimize sourcing metrics including pipeline coverage, response rates, conversion rates, and time-to-fill, using data to continuously refine your approach and demonstrate ROI
Requirements
3+ years of technical recruiting experience with demonstrated expertise in sourcing for engineering, hardware, design, or technical roles
Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities
Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools such as Ashby, SeekOut, or similar platforms for candidate identification and engagement
Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets across software engineering, hardware, and design disciplines
