Responsible for servicing clients in the Direct Channel – retail stores and Cash & Carry (C&C) – in the beverage segment across the states of Pernambuco (PE), Alagoas (AL) and Paraíba (PB). Manage high-complexity clients and their performance KPIs such as sales volume, sell-in and sell-out, oversee merchandising execution at the respective points of sale (POS), ensure visibility, price range control, investment control, collaborate on building Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and implement them for the region’s clients, roll out brand initiatives (trade plan adherence), and execute in-store actions aimed at increasing sales, execution excellence, profitability and share growth for Pernod Ricard Brazil.
Directly manage the C&C and regional retail channel, acting as the link between market clients and Pernod Ricard, supporting the implementation of our strategies within the assigned region.
Manage performance indicators for Pernod Ricard brands within clients in the assigned sector, including sell-in, sell-out, mix, out-of-stocks, facings, visibility, price range, competitor activity and any other KPIs created, for both C&C and regional retail accounts within the portfolio.
Monitor weekly sales volumes (sell-in and sell-out), analyzing quantities sold by brand and performance by brand and category, proposing actions to improve sell-out results. Manage stock levels, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing stockouts across the entire portfolio present in the stores under your management.
Propose improvements by introducing innovation and best practices existing in the channel.
Develop, present, execute and monitor commercial plans by brand and client (JBP), aligned with Commercial, Trade Marketing and Marketing teams and Pernod Ricard’s strategies and positioning, targeting sell-out growth and market share gains for the brands.
Present Pernod Ricard’s brand portfolio to portfolio clients to ensure the ideal product mix in clients’ physical stores and e-commerce, providing relevant product information to drive engagement, improve execution and increase category share.
Develop clients’ digital platforms, including e-commerce, social media, last-mile and others, to increase brand presence, visibility and engagement.
Manage client finances, including negotiation of funding, optimizing allocated resources and ensuring appropriate use in accordance with Pernod Ricard rules and procedures.
Manage commercial agreements and contracts and monitor fulfillment of negotiated commitments, ensuring the operation remains profitable for both parties. Drive brand development to achieve solid results in the region/channel of responsibility.

Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising and Propaganda (or related field).
Advanced courses or specialization; knowledge of the consumer goods market.
Knowledge of the Direct Channel dynamics (C&C and regional retailers).
