Currently enrolled in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
Study, test, and develop Artificial Intelligence solutions applicable to HR;
Support the implementation of AI tools in processes such as recruitment and selection, data analysis, organizational climate, personnel administration, training and development;
Assist in automating HR operational activities;
Conduct research on new technologies, trends, and AI applications in People/HR;
Collaborate on the continuous improvement of the department's internal processes.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence, technology, and innovation applied to Human Resources;
Curiosity and motivation to study, test, and apply AI tools in daily work;
Autonomous profile, with the ability to lead projects and studies independently, from research to proposing solutions;
Ease in learning new technologies and methodologies in a self-taught way;
Organized and proactive, with the ability to suggest improvements and new approaches to HR processes;
Good communication skills to present ideas, results, and learnings to the team;
Good knowledge of programming logic;
Academic or personal experience with independent projects, studies, courses, or experiments involving AI, automation, or data analysis will be considered a plus.
