About this role
Role Overview
Manage an existing portfolio and develop new customers throughout Wallonia.
Identify the specific needs of industrial companies in the region and turn those needs into concrete projects.
Achieve the commercial KPIs and growth targets set for your territory.
Develop, together with the Sales Manager, a commercial development plan for your sector.
Maximize customer satisfaction and retention through proximity-based service.
Translate clients’ technical requirements into clear briefings for our internal teams.
Conduct active prospecting: company visits, participation in regional trade shows, professional events, etc.
Contribute to preparing complex proposals, tenders, and certain internal projects.
Requirements
Master's degree
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Representative, or Sales Manager, ideally in technical or bespoke B2B sales.
Comfortable working in an environment where the product is adapted to the customer's needs.
Ability to analyse requests and assess the technical feasibility of a solution.
Curious, eager to learn, and interested in trends within the industrial sector.
Comfortable in a context of growth, innovation and internationalisation.
Excellent communicator, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
Very good command of French and Dutch; knowledge of English is a real asset for the long term.
