About this role
Role Overview
Conduct advanced data analyses related to Variable Compensation, ensuring accuracy, governance and reliability of information;
Develop and refine studies, management reports and performance indicators to support strategic business decisions;
Build, review and maintain Variable Compensation models, pay scales, indicators and metrics;
Lead continuous improvement and process automation initiatives using digital tools, AI, scripts, applications and technological solutions;
Structure databases, consolidate information from multiple sources and propose solutions to achieve operational efficiency gains;
Participate in and support strategic projects in Variable Compensation, focusing on innovation and digital transformation;
Interact with internal areas (Commercial, Shared Services Center (CSC), IT, Business Partners and local HR teams) ensuring alignment of timelines, data and deliverables;
Support the execution of studies, simulations and financial impact scenarios for Variable Compensation;
Maintain and monitor area indicators, proposing action plans when necessary;
Serve as a technical reference for Variable Compensation topics within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related fields;
Solid experience with Variable Compensation and/or data analysis;
Advanced Excel skills and experience building databases and reports;
Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar);
Experience with automation, AI or technologies applied to HR processes;
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in indicators and metrics.
Postgraduate degree in Administration, Business or related fields;
Practical experience applying AI to analysis, automation or process improvement;
Knowledge of SQL, Python or other analytical languages;
Experience in digital transformation or automation projects in HR;
Experience working in high-complexity environments with large data volumes.
