Paralegal Manager

Role Overview

• Lead, mentor, and supervise paralegal staff
• Oversee drafting, review, and revision of legal documents
• Manage and maintain corporate governance records
• Oversee legal research related to insurance regulations
• Manage the contract intake and review process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred
• 5–8 years of progressive paralegal experience, preferably within insurance
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, contract management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with contract management or document management systems
